What is Krav Maga?
In Hebrew (KRAHV muh-GAH), which means "Contact Combat". It is the official self-defense and fighting system of the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) and Israeli security forces (ISF) that derived from a combination of techniques sourced from boxing, wrestling, Aikido, judo, and karate, along with realistic fight training. Originally developed by Imi Lichtenfeld in 1948. An extraordinary hand to hand fighting system designed to equip ordinary men and women with the skills to protect themselves quickly and effectively.
